With this motto I invite you to enter deep magical spaces together with me and to explore other worlds of our existence.

 

Through my Kazakh roots I came into contact with classical shamanism in my early youth and became interested in the power of mindfulness and perception, which can be perceived through the pulsating and deep forces of the drums.

It gives me great pleasure to regularly offer courses in the construction of shamanic drums. Thereby I support the participants to dive into deep emotional spheres, which can give space to the expression of their creative nature.  In this work I have always been deeply touched to realize how the collective creative power and what emerges from the connected work can touch different layers of our being collectively as well as individually.

 

At the same time, this stimulated my curiosity for other traditional rituals and I observed with curiosity how people all over the world enter into healing spheres through various techniques of letting go in dance.

 

Through these encounters, I also developed a deep desire to explore the energetic contrast of dance, that is, grounding as a transformative element. Through the need to always be firmly rooted here on earth, another aspect of my honest being emerged, which loves a very simple language and practices mindfulness through constant feedback with the outside.

 

Nowadays it gives me great pleasure to offer regular courses in the construction of shamanic drums. In doing so, I support the participants in diving into deep emotional spheres that can give scope to the expression of their creative nature.  In this work I have always been deeply touched to realize how the collective creative power and what emerges from the connected work can touch different layers of our being collectively as well as individually.

 

The unknown worlds of the subconscious and the potential to transform them, which is in each of us, I see as one of the core areas of my research.

 

Today I create in the collective "4eleMENcircle" together with some companions authentic exchange of experience in the form of MenCircles, HumanCircles in the framework of which the spectrum is so broad that I meanwhile together with my team often retreats arise to explore together our body and mind.

 

 

Another talent of mine which I like to share is the production of videos in the most diverse areas, where this medium can help people to spread their messages.
